Less Sitting. More Doing.
Work Hard, Laugh Harder
An interactive workplace culture workshop that helps teams pause, reconnect, and respond better under pressure.
Workplace stress is unavoidable.
But when pressure becomes the normal way of operating, people can become reactive, disconnected, less creative, and less willing to communicate openly.
Work Hard, Laugh Harder gives teams permission to interrupt that pattern.
Through playful exercises, guided reflection, storytelling, and practical tools, participants explore how humor, curiosity, and intentional pauses can help them reduce tension, strengthen connection, and approach workplace challenges differently.
This isn’t comedy class. And nobody has to be funny.
It’s about helping people rediscover some of the behaviors that make teams work better: listening, curiosity, adaptability, perspective, and human connection.
Here are some learning objectives from the workshops:
Respond rather than react under pressure by recognizing stress patterns and creating space for more intentional choices.
Communicate with greater awareness and curiosity, especially when conversations become difficult or emotionally charged.
Strengthen trust and connection through simple behaviors that help colleagues feel heard, included, and valued.
Reframe challenges and setbacks to create greater flexibility, creativity, and constructive problem-solving.
Use humor and play intentionally to reduce tension, create perspective, and help teams reconnect without minimizing serious issues.
